Going forward to our common goal " Help Calauag" , I would like to share CAC minutes of meeting which was held July 6 ( Friday night) at my place .
Present : Irma Quemi ( CAC Pres), Ces Inofre ( Secretary), Benhur Jucaban ( Treasurer) , Nonong & Jane Avila, Au Alvea, Virgie Jucaban, Venus Ricablanca, Thelma & Aramis Jucaban, Tanny Ambas

Rotary ( c/o Vincent Eleazar) - Accomodations ( Paraiso Hotel) / 10- 15k medicines
Dra. Emelita Asuncion Umali - will bring surgeons/ nurses from Manila
CAC & Chicago - transportation & medical supplies
Michigan - medical supplies
Local health Officials - will assist during the mission
NACS & TYP - will confirm if they will do feeding program /give away bag of groceries for 100 selected poor families

3. orthopedic ( excission of mass and circumcision ( tuli) - Dr. Joey Umali

3 anesthesiologists - Dra. emelita Umali, Dr. Melanie Banga, & Dr. Laarni

Aug .31 - Welcome Dinner Party at Benhur & Virgie Jucaban's backyard
CAC Annual Picnic - Sept. 1, 2013
Sept. 1 - Picnic from 10am - 5pm
Evening - choice of downtown toronto or niagara falls trip
Sept. 2 - CAC Fundraising Casino Rama Trip - 9am - 6pm ( Please bring ID , can be passport, driver's license as long as they are not expired yet)
Fee : $ 15.00/person
Casino will give us $15.00 tokens which you can use for playing or for lunch buffet.
Evening - 7pm - 10 pm "Get Together Dinner Party" ..Eat, Drink , Sing and Dance
Sept.3 - All out of town guests are invited for breakfast at Nonong & Jane Avila's place.
If anyone would like to book for hotel reservation - nearest area should be at 401/ Markham Road, Scarborough, Ontario
